Phoenix VII is one of the most relaxing condominium complexes on the gulf coast. There is a reason more vacationers stay at this condo than any other in Orange Beach.
This 1BR Phoenix VII condo is one of the best on the beach! Ideal for a couple or a small family. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor heated pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while you're bbq'ing.
Come relax on the 6th floor balcony with breathtaking views of the gulf perfectly located above the outdoor pool. The condo has one full bath off the master and the master bedroom has a king size bed. There is a queen sized sleeper sofa for sleeping up to 4. The kitchen is fully equipped. We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls.

Parking: You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the parking passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. Parking pass fees are based on length of stay; 1 night is $40, 2-10 nights is $65, 11-31 nights is $110, 32-61 nights is $160, 62+ nights is $210. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.

Everything was good except the sink drain. The bathroom sink Drain has so much junk and hair clogged in it that it will not drain.

This one bedroom condo is updated ,beautiful and immaculate. The view is Gulf front and beautiful! Check in and out was seamless. Only suggestion, (and this is not a big deal) , is to get a new recliner. There is just one piece of furniture that reclines and it will not stay back. But even this furniture is really pretty. Would definitely recommend!

The process of renting and checking in was super easy. It was quite you didn't hear the neighbors and noise. The room was clean and beautiful i loved not having to keep up with a key or card to get in the room just the code to the door. We definitely would be happy renting again the price was great and the place lovely. One recommendation would be a different coffee table so when moving it for the pull out couch it's easier and less likely to break. (its a glass table so the top just sits there) over all it was amazing.
