About this apartment rental
NEW Floors, furniture, cabinetry, appliances, fully remodeled bathrooms, master bed, decor, new electric blinds and paint. Located on the 14th floor of this 15 floor building, this 1064 square foot condo has some of the best views of the sparkling white beaches and blue Gulf waters from its balcony.
Comfortable mattresses and bedding. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything one might need from a morning cup of coffee from the Keurig to baking cupcakes and blending that perfect frozen summer cocktail. Pack lightly and utilize the full size washer/dryer in the unit for convenience. A 65" flat screen TV in the living room as well as 55" flat screens in the guest bedrooms. Free WIFI is available in the unit and throughout the building.
The master is equipped with a King size bed and adjoining full bath. Guest bedroom has two Queen size beds and a second adjoining full size bath. Living room has a queen sleeper sofa and 2 chairs for seating. Dining area has seating for six and 2 additional bar stools are available for seating at the kitchen counter.
The gulf front balcony can be accessed directly from sliding doors from either the master bedroom or living room and has seating for four.
Guests are required by building management to purchase a parking pass for each vehicle upon arrival (2-10 nights pre-purchase price $55). 2 Vehicle limit.

First - location was perfect and unit was stocked well
Unfortunately our entry was less than perfect. We found out a few hours before we arrived that work was being done in the unit that was not complete. The mess that was left behind was unacceptable and the ceilings were left unpainted. Also, the living furniture needed at the very least a good cleaning and/or replaced as some of the chairs were beginning to shred. The manager did respond as best she could but it did not change the circumstances.
