Welcome to The Sophisticate, our premier location at Phoenix VII located in our beloved Orange Beach. This condo is direct beachfront and offers a king bed in the master, two double beds in the 2nd bedroom, 2 full baths and a queen sleeper sofa. You have arrived at Great Customer Service. You'll receive quick replies and an informed stay from us, the owners.

The condo provides a spacious floor plan and is designed to easily accommodate up to eight people with A King Bed in the Master BR and two double beds in the second bedroom, plus a queen sleeper. We do recommend limiting use of the sleeper sofa to children ages 5 to 17.
Great location on the 6th floor. The condo provides magnificent, unobstructed views of "The Pass" area of Orange Beach to the East and Sunset views to the West. You'll love it!
The condo features granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and those gorgeous floor to ceiling views of the gulf from the master bedroom, living, dining and kitchen areas, and, of course, great views from the balcony.
Stacked washer/dryer.
Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal or enjoy a cup of coffee on the balcony.
The condo features tile throughout and has three TV's and free, fast WiFi.
Parking: Two automobiles per reservation. Guests purchase a pass upon arrival from guest services. For 2023, parking passes are $55 per vehicle. Parking is not quoted on the rate. On-site security determines the costs of the passes and collects for them at the front desk.

Condo was roomy enough for 4 people and seemed clean. It’s wasn’t very updated as far as decor but was still a nice place to stay with an awesome view of the big water! Although parking is expensive.

We stayed during the 4th of July weekend. Everything was just as great as pictures showed. This condo has a great view of the ocean and a nice size balcony to enjoy that view. Beds were very comfortable and the extra touch of the red, white and blue bedding for the holiday was nice! Hosts were quick to answer the one question I had. It was a great week!
