Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Condo was beautiful! Great access to beach and to parking area. Would strongly recommend more than 2 parking spaces - front desk said no additional spaces were available for purchase, however, parking lot was never more than half full. Off site parking recommended by front desk cost 195 for our stay. Dryer wasn’t working properly and it took 2 days to repair. Liquid life graciously brought clean towels on day 3. There wasn’t a broom so we purchased one in order to sweep up the sand. The shower in the bunk room didn’t drain well and water would get over ankle deep when showering. The outdoor furniture could use a sandblasting and new paint as the paint would peel off and stick to you and towels. All in all it was a nice stay with a few minor issues that could be remedied with regular maintenance. Would stay again.

The only thing I would recommend is accommodation for more than two vehicles. We had to park cars at an offsite overload lot 10 mins away. Other than that, it was great.

The beach access and condo was great! Parking was easy. Location was great! The smell in the stairwells was terrible and the patio furniture could use a paint job. The paint was peeling and would stick to us.

After traveling 10 hours through major storms, we picked up our Walmart grocery order and finally arrived to our condo. We arrived 15 minutes before check-in time of 4pm. and called to ask if we could enter because our code wasn’t working. The representative said NO. I told her there was no one renting it the prior day, and there was no cleaning to be done why would she make us stand outside the door with our cart full of groceries? That was the first thing… the condo was decorated beautifully and clean. The master bed was a nice size and comfortable but VERY squeaky. You can’t make a move/turn on your side, get up, etc. without it being extremely loud. The showers held water and didn’t drain good. A few days in to our trip I got a text saying there was monthly maintenance scheduled and someone would have to come on site. I asked if they could wait until the following day since we would be checking out in the morning, the representative said NO. Property management sucks. I will never rent through liquid life again. Overall the condo was nice it just needs to update the bed/box spring and unclog the showers. ** Also there is no kurig coffee maker. So make sure to bring regular coffee/filters, etc.
