Property was the third Pheonix we've stayed in. This area the water is quite a bit farther from the building so just plan accordingly. We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools. No complaints with the building itself. Only complaint about the condo was none of the beds have blankets. I'm not sure if I overlooked this in the property or registration info. Bring blankets from home!

We were on a gulf-facing unit with gorgeous views. Everything was ready at the time promised. We were close to everything we needed. I couldn't ask for a better stay.

Nice condo! Pool was not that clean, but tjat is understandable at the end of a day at the beach...film on top the water..
