Phoenix VIII is one of the best condo complexes on the Gulf! You can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Gulf from the living room or master bedroom balcony. With over1,500 sq ft, this unit is very spacious.
The views are amazing from this 4th floor condo whether your lounging on the couch or enjoying your favorite beverage on the balcony. Also, there is a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen in the 2nd bedroom, 2 full beds in the 3rd bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room for occupancy up to 10. There is a 50'' Smart TV in living room, a 50” Smart TV in the master bedroom and 43'' Smart TVs in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. There is a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and custom cabinetry!!!! All floors are porcelain tile and laundry room includes a full size washer and dryer.
There is a large outdoor pool with a kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, saunas, a fitness center, and lighted tennis courts.
Keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!!

This is a non-smoking unit and no pets allowed
There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.
Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix VIII with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations.
Parking: Parking passes are a one time fee of $70 plus tax per vehicle. You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.

Condo was nice. 55 for parking pass is over priced a lot. Closer attention to cleaning. Overall it was clean but dusting on light side. Patio doors very hard to open. Overall the resort was nice. Loved the pool area.

Host was very helpful and attentive!2nd BR was a double not Queen as listed.All mattresses need updating. Master BR was at least 10 degrees hotter than rest of house.Thanks for recommending Ikes for beach chairs!
