Phoenix VIII is one of the most relaxing condominium complexes on the gulf coast. There is a reason more vacationers stay at this condo than any other in Orange Beach. Enjoy the best views of the Pass and convenience of vacationing in a complex with so few condos!!



There is not a better place to stay for you and your family than Phoenix VIII. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while you're bbqing.



Come relax on the spacious balcony with breathtaking views of the gulf or sleep on the large king bed in the master. There is a King bed in the 2nd bedroom, two Queen sized beds in the 3rd and a sleeper sofa Queen in the Living Room for sleeping up to 10. This unit has been upgraded to included new furniture, granite countertops, and new cabinetry. We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls.



Parking: Parking pass(es) must be purchased online from Phoenix VIII. You will receive a Registration Email from Vacation Rental Parking Solutions before arrival that will include a link to register your vehicle and purchase your parking pass(es). They are a one time fee of $70 per vehicle. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.

This was a great property. The location and the view from the balcony were also great. We were provided with excellect check-in and check-out instructions and communication with the booking agent was excellent and timely.

The unit and location was fabulous! The only reason for a 4 vs 5 is the lack of necessary paper products. 6 adults and 3 kids we were given a small amount of toilet paper so of course we had to go to the store to buy toilet paper, paper towels, etc. Plan on bringing your own hand soap, dish soap, dish washer soap. As long as you're prepared you will enjoy your stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was clean and furnishings were up to date. View was fantastic with a huge balcony. The sliding glass door was jammed upon our arrival and staff was up to fix it within 30 minutes. My son lost a case of video games and staff went above and beyond after we left to look for them. Very much appreciated. Would stay here again!
