Welcome to spectacular Phoenix VII and our beloved Orange Beach and white shores of the Gulf Coast! We have named this condo Zen City.

This condo is direct beachfront and offers a king bed in the master, two double beds in the 2nd bedroom, 2 full baths and a queen sleeper sofa.

The condo provides a spacious floor plan and is designed to easily accommodate up to eight people with A King Bed in the Master BR and two double beds in the second bedroom, plus a queen sleeper. We do recommend limiting use of the sleeper sofa to children ages 5 to 17.
Ideally located on the 9th floor, the condo provides magnificent, unobstructed views of "The Pass" area of Orange Beach to the East and Sunset views to the West. You'll love it!
The condo features granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and those gorgeous floor to ceiling views of the gulf from the master bedroom, living, dining and kitchen areas, and, of course, great views from the balcony.
Stacked washer/dryer.
Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal or enjoy a cup of coffee on the balcony.
The condo features tile throughout and has three TV's and free, fast Wifi.
Parking: Two automobiles per reservation. Guests purchase a pass upon arrival from guest services. For 2022, parking passes are $55 per vehicle. Parking is not quoted on the rate. On-site security determines the costs of the passes and collects for them at the front desk.

Nice condo. Be prepared to bring all of your spices needed to cook. The Master Bed is extremely soft.

We had a great, week-long stay! Space was clean, convenient, and overall a great place to stay. Only down side was the master bed sunk in the middle making it slightly uncomfortable. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Condo is nice. Clean. Well equipped. Master King Bed is awful. Needs replacing. After you roll to the middle, it’s as if it’s going to swallow you into the abyss. Beware of additional charges. I have rented condos for years at orange beach and I have NEVER been charged additional charges after checking out. I KNOW HOW TO CLEAN BEHIND MYSELF AND MY FAMILY.
