Things to know
• Please note we don't provide beach towels
• Security camera/recording device — “For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.”
• For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old.
• No boats, jet skis, RVs, boat trailers, or trailers of any kind are allowed per association rules
House rules
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• NO SMOKING in the unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• The condominium association has a STRICT "No Pets" policy. This applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• Traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation.
• State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking.
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
• For properties that require parking passes, the host is not able to provide extra passes due to limited space

We loved the view and the decor of the condo! There was quite a bit of space to hang out. Orange Beach has a lot of great restaurants. As far as the condo goes, this may seem silly - but there were not enough spoons. There were 4 or 5 teaspoons and a couple of bigger spoons. The balcony furniture and couch really need to be updated - especially when looking at other places nearby. I downgraded the check-in process - not because of the host, but because of the desk person. She just shoved a parking pass at us and didn't tell us anything about the property. We didn't know there were sign up sheets for activities, nor about the boardwalk being repaired and having to go to another property to walk out to the beach on their boardwalk!The check-in information from hosteeva was great.
