Our Phoenix VII, 14th floor condo offers breathtaking views of the white sand beach and beautiful waters of the Gulf! Our beachfront balcony lets you enjoy your morning coffee while watching the dolphins swim, and the boats coming through Perdido Pass into the Gulf. From the Gulf front master suite you can hear the relaxing sounds of the surf.

Registration is easy at the on site check-in desk staffed 24/7 for your convenience. You will receive your room key and 1 private parking space in the parking garage at check-in.
Extra parking Pass must be purchased Before check-in, you will have to purchase Your extra PARKING PASSES on line before arrival so they will be waiting for you when you check-in at PHOENIX VII. (10 days or less $55 per car, ( lot parking only ) garage parking cost more and charged by the day.

Wonderful condo. Gorgeous view. Extremely helpful instructions & immediate communication with owner/host. Very comfortable. Complimentary garage parking. Clean linens, kitchen, and accommodations. Highly recommended.

Great condo as well as beach access, pools, and location. However, a few minor inconveniences for price point. •Ice machine in freezer leaked all over the freezer (making slush) and had to purchase ice for 7 a bag in the vending unit which charged 3 times for a total of 21.. Staff response, “I don’t know”..•Hair dryer in bedroom #1 not working. •Dishwasher would turn off mid cycle.•Dryer in unit had to run 3 times on 1 hour cycle to dry clothes. (2 towels and bathing suits ..)•Oven in unit doesn’t heat to temperature desired/would lower the temp. in the middle of baking items.
