Beginning with the Swedish homesteaders in the late 1800s, six generations have farmed this scenic property. Approximately 100 years as a dairy farm and more recently a crop farm with just a few Angus steers.

Enjoy your breakfast at the cozy adjustable table with stools in the kitchen or in the brightly lit dining area offering a dining table and chairs with seating for 6 plus. Total dining accommodations include seating for 11. This space will lead you into the expansive living area offering an electric fireplace and Smart TV. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee on the enclosed porch located off the living area. Of the 3 bedrooms located on the main level, one provides a queen size bed and sitting area with two wing back chairs and a coat closet, the second provides a 4 poster full bed and rocking chair, and the third offers two twin beds and a desk. The main level full bathroom provides a step in shower. You will also find a laundry closet with a stackable washer and dryer. The original wooden staircase off the living room brings you to the upstairs. Providing more living space, this floor hosts a family/game room offering a Smart TV, electric fireplace and game table.
