Fully renovated flat 1 block from the beach! Plus, community HOT TUB available for use. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit sleeps up to 10 people. Walk to Lake Michigan in 4 minutes and down the pier to the lighthouse in 12. Enjoy the beach and take in the sunset. Check out all the shops downtown, also within walking distance, and grab a great meal at one of the local restaurants. Take in the sights of Ludington or take a drive along the lakeshore and check out the scenery. The unit is the lower unit in a 2-unit building, right on Ludington Ave - watch the holiday parades right out front!

There's a sitting area right outside your door to watch the activity on Ludington Ave in addition to a shared deck area. Each bedroom has a queen bed and twin over full bunkbeds, so while it can sleep up to 10, please know that it would be tight quarters if you max out the occupancy.

Perfect location for our group of friends to stay while in town for a wedding. The location was amazing with the beach one direction and downtown the other. We walked or bikes everywhere. The property manager was extremely friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed her. Highly recommend.
