The house was perfect had everything we needed clean, plenty of parking and super close to the dunes! The host was more than accommodating and communication was great! We definitely will be back in the future

Positives:
Great location, it was nice to kayak out to silver lake, and .5 mile walk to downtown silver lake. Host was very responsive.
Negatives:
House was dirty. Killed 4 spiders. Weeds growing out of gutters. Vents packed with dust, windows need cleaning, paint peeling in bathroom, dirty dining room chairs. There was a camera in the house - but it’s pointed outside to view out the window towards the driveway however it looks like it can spin around through remote control, unsure if it has audio. Instructions say to fold the comforters and leave them at the end of the beds, I don’t think they are being washed between guests. We brought a boat and the driveway has a negative grade, it was had to get the boat off the hitch, host provided us with some additional boards so I could get the trailer high enough to get it off the hitch.
