About this house rental
NEW-HOT TUB. Late 1800's home with many Unique characteristics like original Oak Staircase and woodwork thru out with large pocket doors to the Parlor. This Home has been modernized like no other. Decorated each season, The home provides 3500 Sq' of space for larger groups or family's while also providing privacy when needed. Four Bedrooms and three full modernized Bathrooms. New AC system May 2025
A Rear fenced in back yard with a HOT TUB, Decks & a Gas grill. The space is great for cookouts and relaxing with Ponds and Waterfalls. Tiki Torches and a fire pit area for your enjoyment. A Gourmet Kitchen for Family meals. This Home offers a short walk to downtown Ludington and all of the Restaurants, Breweries, Museums, Shops and Excitement. 4 blocks to the marinas, and less than 10 blocks to Lake Michigan! We offer Bikes of all sizes, 6 Smart TV's for your streaming pleasure, Library of DVD movies and games and Air hockey in the Bsmt. game room. We are on a quiet street, 1 block off of Ludington Ave. and 1.5 blocks off of James St. Parking: 2 spaces in the front Driveway and 1 space in the rear alley along with a full parking lane on the one way street in front. Everything about the property was excellent. It was clean and well maintained. It’s an absolutely beautiful property and and perfect location for a trip to Ludington. Excellent communication with the host throughout the booking!

The rental home was spacious and clean. It was a minute's walk to downtown and the marina. The backyard was beautiful, and the fenced-in yard was a bonus for our two dogs. The host was gracious and thoughtful. My family had a wonderful and memorable vacation.

What a charming and wonderful place to stay with the most incredible landscaping. The house layout was perfect for our long weekend - so many sitting places - each offering its own vibe. Everything was clean, easy to navigate, and organized. All the thoughtful reminders to adjust the blinds around the house kept it cool during the heat wave. Our party was a mix of young kiddos and older adults, and we were all comfortable in every area. The front porch and back porch were used so much and were simply lovely places to hang out. The house is also fully stocked with everything you could need to enjoy a cookout or a family dinner. Shane was also very helpful/accommodating and communicated without any issues - a fantastic host. Truly grateful for the stay, and the great memories we made. Ps - would love the paint color of the downstairs bathroom vanity. (My mother-in law) Thank you, Shane & Little P!

This house worked out great for our family! You can’t beat the location. You can walk to so many restaurants, stores, the marina, and the beach! The house had everything we needed. The only things we didn’t love were that the upstairs was a little warm at night and the beds weren’t the comfiest, but those aren’t deal breakers. Overall we were happy and had a great time!
