About this cottage rental
Our cottage has 3 bedrooms on the main floor, that sleep 7, as well as a walkout basement with a new bathroom and extra beds to sleep another 5-6 more.
Amenities:
*Open floor plan with plenty of room for cooking, dining, or just relaxing.
*Large kitchen with plenty of counter space.
*Located approximately one mile from the ORV sand dune entrance and within walking distance to downtown Silver Lake.
* Access to association playground and a very nice swimming POOL (when available).
* Very family friendly!
* Parking in front of house, and additional parking in rear of house. Should have plenty of space for your dune toys!

The property was great and had plenty of parking available. The location was excellent—close to town and local attractions, with convenient access to the dunes while still being far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet. The only issue we experienced was that the well water ran out once during our stay, so guests may want to be mindful of water usage (we had 14 guests). Aside from that, everything was great. The host was excellent to communicate with, responding quickly and being very helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would consider staying here again.

This was the perfect getaway to silver lake. It's a short walk to the water and we were close enough that we didn't have to air up our truck tires each time we left the dunes. Spacious rooms and a nice fairly private fire area. You could easily sleep 10 or 12 people here there are eight beds and plenty of parking for vehicles. Owner was super responsive and easy to work with. I would definitely rent this again.

Really easy check in process and amazing communication with the host. We stayed here last year as well and will probably be using this place every year we come to the dunes. The place had bed linen, towels, kitchen utensils, propane for the grill, garbage bags, fire starters, and laundry. Couple of spiders/bugs here and there, but overall a great place to stay for the weekend. If you have a big group, would recommend some bringing their own shower towels.

We really enjoy staying here it fits our family of mixed age kids perfectly! Always great communication from the renter, perfect distance from Dunes entrance and walk into town. Thanks again!!
