MONTAGUE MI !This newly remodeled 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath Home with walk-out basement offers privacy, seclusion, and many home amenities for a family to relax and enjoy Michigan outdoors. It is nestled in the woods on 5 acres, overlooking beautiful Flower Creek and Upstream from the new Flower Creek Dunes Nature Preserve on Lake Michigan. This area is considered unique for vacationing especially if one likes to hike, fish, hunt, golf, walk the dunes, explore, canoe, ski, swim, or boat on Big Flower Creek, Lake Michigan or other nearby inland lakes, marshes, and ponds. One can specifically visit the Flower Creek Dunes Nature Preserve or just walk miles on the precious sand dunes. Interesting wild life, birds and flowers to observe as well. So, come and vacation at our Flower Creek Walk-out Home.
Lots of parking available and lots to do with the whole family and/or friends in and around this Western Michigan country. Chicago and Detroit are only 3 to 3.5 hours away. Grand Rapids is about an hour away. There are many Lake Michigan Beach entry points close by to this property. I also have a beachfront cottage that can be booked with this home also. VRBO id #322524

Loved the deck in the back and saw plenty of deer in the evening. Great place to get away from the hustle of the city.

Wow, what a view! Out in the woods, this house is very private and backed by trees and wildlife on all sides. The back of the house butts up to wetlands. Getting to the house was easy as I had Waze and cell connectivity all the way there. Inside of the house was very clean. The beds were comfortable...not like some places where you feel like you're sleeping on a rock. The house had everything I needed with a kitchen, two bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. There was a living room and another room which opened up to windows on both sides and a door wall facing the scenic backward and water. Going out the door wall, and into a porch, I was able to see the beautiful view, smell the clean woodsy air, and hear nothing but the trees swaying in the wind. This was my favorite happy place. Drinking my coffee or evening drink and enjoying the serenity of the environment. Walks in the evening on the dirt tree covered private roads. This is definitely a great place for a couple or family. One mile from the nature preserve and lake Michigan. 20 min to Michigan's Adventure and water park. 20 Minutes to Mac Rays dune rides (highly recommend). 20 minutes to the goldrush water park, 25 minutes to duck lake, 20 minutes to Whitehall and Walmart, and tons of not crowded beaches easy to get to. Great place, great privacy with a killer upper view/balcony. We want to go again and stay in the same place in a couple months.

The house was okay. Clean and comfortable. Not a lot of good parking. House had to much clutter in the basement. Price was very good.
