About this cottage rental
Our cottage has 3 bedrooms on the main floor, that sleep 7, as well as a walkout basement with a new bathroom and extra beds to sleep another 5-6 more.
Amenities:
*Open floor plan with plenty of room for cooking, dining, or just relaxing.
*Large kitchen with plenty of counter space.
*Located approximately one mile from the ORV sand dune entrance and within walking distance to downtown Silver Lake.
* Access to association playground and a very nice swimming POOL (when available).
* Very family friendly!
* Parking in front of house, and additional parking in rear of house. Should have plenty of space for your dune toys!

Really easy check in process and amazing communication with the host. We stayed here last year as well and will probably be using this place every year we come to the dunes. The place had bed linen, towels, kitchen utensils, propane for the grill, garbage bags, fire starters, and laundry. Couple of spiders/bugs here and there, but overall a great place to stay for the weekend. If you have a big group, would recommend some bringing their own shower towels.

Jon was easy to get a hold of and he answered me right away. My family enjoyed staying there. There was 10 of us and plenty of room in this home for all of us. I cooked a couple of meals a day here & there was plenty of dishes, pan, & utensils to accommodate us. It is very close to everything we wanted to visit, Lake Michigan, sand dunes, light house, and fun stuff and good eats downtown. I would stay there again.
