Book with confidence, this nicely updated 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom (818 sq ft.) condo at Kamaole Sands. This condo is fully equipped with everything you need to have a great vacation experience. This condo is managed by PMI Maui, a local Real Estate Brokerage that specializes in vacation rentals. We are located within a mile of the resort and available 24/7. Enjoy the lanai to relax or dine outside while taking in the ocean and garden views of the 15 acre tropical resort. The condo is located across the street from one of Maui's nicest beaches which is great for the entire family to enjoy swimming and snorkeling. Within walking distance there are world class restaurants, shopping, and golf courses. The resort has a 24 hour front help desk, internet access, and an activities desk.

To Reserve The Condo, We Take A $400.00 Deposit And The Balance Is Due 30 Days Prior To Your Arrival.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit.  If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit.  If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 22 wedding anniversary trip and it was perfect for us. This is actually our second time in 3103 and it was beautiful, had everything we needed - beach chairs, beach towels - well equpped kitchen, etc., was in a great location, right by the pool, with easy access to the beach and a short walk to Keawakapu beach and beyond. The managers were super responsive, kind and attended to everything needed. Highly recommend staying here! :-)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo offered a wonderful home for our multigenerational group of three. The kitchen was well equipped and was super easy to use. The beach gear was a bonus and made our beach mornings complete. The management was responsive with questions aswell as missing items.We plan to return and stay in the property in the future.
