We are located within a mile of the resort and available 24/7. This condo offers an upgraded vacation experience and is fully equipped with everything that you need to have a great vacation. To Reserve The Condo, We Take A $400.00 Deposit And The Balance Is Due 30 Days Prior To Your Arrival.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit. If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit. If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

Everything was fantastic very clean and welcoming. When arrived late at night the AC was turned on along with lights a simple touch but very nice. Another bonus is they don’t empty the drawers of everything. There are some basic items ziplocks/cling wrap/olive oil etc….. I know you can’t rely on what’s there but it’s nice to know somethings might be there.

Our entire family very much enjoyed our stay at this place. Our ground floor unit was perfect for our family of 4 as it made it easier to access the pool and other amenities.Kamolee beach II is right across the street and steps away from this unit. Anytime we had questions or concerns, the ‘property manager and his team’ was right on it right away.. we loved our stay here and look forward to our next years stay. -Julie and family

This unit was one of our favorites at this property. All kitchen items were more than perfect. Furniture is a bit shed but comfortable. Perfect location and size of unit for two!

Rating Details:The property manager was very helpful.The vacation rental was spotless.I was very happy with the location.I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.Reviewer Comments:We had really great time at Kamaole Sands! The unit is exactly as described, roomy, clean, with the majority of needed utensils for cooking, beach gear, great A/Cs and views!The condominium has large territory with several shared bbq grills, grass playgrounds, fountains, swimming pools and even a small gym. Short walk would bring you to a beach or a restaurant of your choice. Good location for exploring the island.Also can say only positive things about our host - Matthew from PMI rentals. Always polite, responsive and helpful.Thank you very much for the great vacation, we hope to be back!
