This condo is managed by PMI Maui, a local Real Estate Brokerage that specializes in vacation rentals. We are located within a mile of the resort and available 24/7. This condo is fully equipped with everything you need to have a great vacation experience. We are committed to provide our guests a clean and sanitized unit, by following enhanced cleaning protocols developed by experts in the health and hospitality industry. The resort is across the street from one of Maui's nicest beaches (Kamaole Beach 3) which is great for swimming and snorkeling. Within walking distance are world class restaurants, shopping, and golf courses. The resort has a 24 hour help desk, internet access, and an Activities Desk for your use. As a guest of Kamaole Sands you can pick up a free Maui News each day, as well as enjoy live music and Mai Tai's by the pool each Wednesday from 3-5 PM.

To Reserve The Condo, We Take A $400.00 Deposit And The Balance Is Due 30 Days Prior To Your Arrival.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit. If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit. If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The location made it easy to step out and be at the beach or restaurants in just a couple of minutes, and the overall setting was excellent and close to everything we needed. There is construction going on in the units adjacent but the noise only took place after 8am. The newly refinished kitchen was clean, modern, and well‐equipped. The property owners/management were very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We did encounter a small issue but they addressed it quickly and professionally, and it truly wasn’t the owners’ fault nor did it detract from our visit. The condo also provided practical touches like beach chairs and various amenities that made our beach time and daily routines easier.In terms of space, it was a very good size for the two of us, comfortable without feeling cramped. Overall, this is a great beach‐adjacent spot with attentive management and thoughtful updates. We would happily stay here again and recommend it to couples or anyone looking for easy beach access and a well maintained condo.

Beautiful unit. Well appointed. It was exactly as promised. This is what we look for in a unit. AC in both Living area and bedroom; No Carpet;Updated unit with the open concept; Ground Floor unit;2 Beach Chairs;; umbrella; Boogie Board; Cooler.This is our fifth time staying at Kamaole Sands and the second time using PMI Maui. There was a unit we really liked in another building and cheaper but there were some red flags in the reviews about the management company. We used PMI Maui last year and it was perfect so we booked with them again this year. We had one minor issue in that our TV signal did not work. Matt from PMI had it taken care of promptly. You can’t ask for better service than that.

Great condo. Fully renovated, spacious and has everything you need for your time in the sun and t quiet nights in. Even the sofa bed was quite comfortable.
