The condo is managed by PMI Maui, a local Real Estate Brokerage that specializes in vacation rentals. We are located within a mile of the resort and available 24/7 to our guests. To Reserve The Condo, We Take A $400.00 Deposit And The Balance Is Due 30 Days Prior To Your Arrival.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit. If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit. If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

Excellent starting point for exploring Maui and in the immediate vicinity of wonderful beaches. apartment very comfortable, very well equipped, very clean. service very nice, helpful and communicative. we spent 18 wonderful days there and we will definitely come back.

We had such a wonderful stay at this condo in Maui! The space was absolutely gorgeous—modern, bright, and beautifully maintained. Everything was spotless when we arrived, and you could tell a lot of care goes into keeping the place in great shape. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do—close to beaches, restaurants, and shops, but still peaceful and relaxing.Matt from PMI Maui was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay, which made everything even easier. From check-in to check-out, the whole experience was smooth and stress-free. We truly had an amazing time and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Nice condo with good amenities and really appreciated all the beach gear. Perfect stay for my kid and I, and the grounds were nicer than I had expected. Only let down was that the pool was too cold and the (kids) hot tub usually crowded—but I was in Maui for the beach not the pool ;)Note for light sleepers: there are some water pumps (possibly for the ACs?) that kick on for about 10 seconds every so often, including during the night. Didn’t bother me too much but just a heads up.

We have stayed at these condos before. This unit was by far superior to the previous unit. Communication and check in was seamless. The unit was very clean and well stocked. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The only thing I would mention is that there was no broom and dust pan so we had to use the vacuum every time. As well there is instructions to squeegee shower after every use but no squeegee. We had a fantastic experience. We will be back.
