This condo is managed by PMI Maui, a local Real Estate Brokerage that specializes in vacation rentals. We are located within a mile of the resort and available 24/7 to our guests. This condo offers a great vacation experience and is fully equipped with everything that you need to have a great vacation. To Reserve The Condo, We Take A $400.00 Deposit And The Balance Is Due 30 Days Prior To Your Arrival.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit. If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit. If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

We just spent 11 nights in this great condo. This was our third time renting this unit. It is updated, comfortable and well equipped. The location can’t be beat and Kamaole Sands is such a beautiful property.

Thank you Kamaole Sands! We really appreciate our so-welcoming stay at Kamaole Sands! We truly felt at home in the clean rooms that are bright and very comfortable as we want them during the day to enjoy the Hawaiian sunny days and cool and quiet at night for a peaceful sleep. We loved the gardens, the pool and of course the beach across the street! It being close to shopping plazas was also a plus! Thank you for being part of our memorable Maui vacation! More power to you!

We had a wonderful time at this condo. Great location by the pool and short walk to the beach. We really enjoyed using the boogie boards, beach chairs and sand toys at the beach. Only bummer was the hot tub on the property was broken (no heater) for the duration of our stay. Otherwise we had a great stay!
