Within walking distance are world class restaurants, shopping, and golf courses. The resort has a 24 hour help desk, and internet access. To Reserve The Condo, We Take A $400.00 Deposit And The Balance Is Due 30 Days Prior To Your Arrival.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit. If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit. If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

Great property with plenty of space. We had so much fun at the beach and pool. We appreciated that beach towels, beach chairs, and beach toys were available for us to use.

Rating Details:The property manager was very helpful.The vacation rental was very clean.I was very happy with the location.I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.Reviewer Comments:We stayed at unit 5-409 for 9 days in April. Matt was very flexible with us, as we changed our dates twice due to COVID. The Unit was clean and ready upon our arrival. Check in and parking was easy. The unit is on the 4th floor, but the elevator is nearby. The location is great. We spent many days at the beach right across the street. The unit had beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, coolers and some beach toys. It did not have an umbrella (as other reviews stated), so I would definitely pick one up at Costco or Walmart when you are near the airport. We only needed to contact Matt once during our stay and he was very responsive and the issue was resolved right away (not really an issue just a request). We used the kitchen to make breakfast and lunch most days and used the washing machine a couple times, which was convenient. We didn’t use the pool, but the grill areas were immaculate. Didn’t even look like anyone had used the grill before us. The grounds are absolutely beautiful, with flowering plans everywhere. We would definitely stay here again! The only reason we gave it 4 stars for cleanliness, was that there was some dried food (or something) on the chair seats and something on some of the throw pillows. The sheets had some stains (not dirty, but maybe could use a refresh).
