This condo is managed by PMI Maui, a local Real Estate Brokerage that specializes in vacation rentals. We are located within a mile of the resort and available 24/7. This condo is fully equipped with everything you need to have a great vacation experience. We are committed to provide our guests a clean and sanitized unit, by following enhanced cleaning protocols developed by experts in the health and hospitality industry. The resort is across the street from one of Maui's nicest beaches (Kamaole Beach 3) which is great for swimming and snorkeling. Within walking distance are world class restaurants, shopping, and golf courses. The resort has a 24 hour help desk, internet access, and an Activities Desk for your use. As a guest of Kamaole Sands you can pick up a free Maui News each day, as well as enjoy live music and Mai Tai's by the pool each Wednesday from 3-5 PM.

To Reserve The Condo, We Take A $400.00 Deposit And The Balance Is Due 30 Days Prior To Your Arrival.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit. If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit. If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

We have stayed at Kamaole Sands 3x with PMI. This stay was as fantastic as all others. The unit has everything you need for the beach and a relaxing trip. Complementary soaps, laundry, many condiments me beach items including towels are all supplied. Kamaole Sands is a quiet and great spot!

The condo was in a good location, easily accessible on third floor with elevator. Kitchen well stocked and two bathrooms, one with w/d.The best thing was the patio to the outside with comfy couch and table.Fun watching all the comings and goings and the ocean. The location was perfećt with beach right across the street and lot’s of restaurants, grocery and shops nearby. Felt like home!

We stayed 4 days at this newly renovated condo and we loved it!!! The furnishings are new and very tastefully put together. Loved all the thought the owners put in the condo to make it comfortable. King bed was very comfortable and the Lanai was wonderful. Even had Tommy Bahama chairs, umbrella, towels and s cooler to use at the beach. Would absolutely stay again if lucky enough to get back to Maui. Very close to Wailea's shops and restaurants. Very nice quiet complex. Great appliances in the condo
