This condo is managed by PMI Maui, a local Real Estate Brokerage that specializes in vacation rentals. We are located within a mile of the resort and available 24/7. This condo offers an upgraded vacation experience and is fully equipped with everything that you need to have a great vacation. To Reserve The Condo, We Take A $400.00 Deposit And The Balance Is Due 30 Days Prior To Your Arrival.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit. If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit. If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

The location was great with easy access to the resort areas in Wailea without the big price tag. The condo was very clean and comfortable. All of the beach things we needed were available for use. Check in / out was very easy. A great value.
