Kamaole Sands is located across the street from Kamaole Beach 3, this is a very scenic and popular beach, as it is great for swimming and boogie boarding. Located at the South end of Kihei, the condo is within walking distance to many restaurants, shopping, and beaches.

To Reserve The Condo, We Take A $400.00 Deposit And The Balance Is Due 30 Days Prior To Your Arrival.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit.  If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit.  If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Too Fine

Just Wow! Everything was perfect in this unit and so clean! I loved how stocked it was. We really enjoyed the Tommy Bahama beach chairs and the short walk to the beach or pool. The pickleball courts were well maintained and the property is kept beautifully! This was our 8th visit to kamaole Sands. PMI property management runs a great and thorough rental business. We are looking forward to planning our next visit.

Somewhat expensive for what you get. Easy fixes would be a thorough cleaning and fresher towels / bedding / toiletries. Bedroom location in the back is private but very dark. Bathrooms are small but updated. Nice to have washer and dryer in unit. Kitchen well stocked. Lanai opens onto beautiful manicured grounds. Distant ocean view. 2 minute walk to Kam 3 beach with nice crosswalk to cross the road. Very close to Wailea. Walkable to local restaurants.
