About this house rental
Relax with the whole family or bring just a friend or two while you stay at one of our cabins at Berkeley Estate Cellars. Completed in 2022, our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom cabins include a flexible loft space, an open living room and fully equipped kitchen and a private hot tub and fire pit. Secluded yet conveniently located near BLM land, the Black Canyon and many other spectacular destinations near the city of Montrose, we are sure there is something to do for everyone when you stay at our cabins.

Beautiful landscape. There are three other cabins and they are spaced out perfectly. Great patio with a fire pit. The property is an easy drive to the main highway. The interior is very nicely decorated. Kitchen has what you need to cook meals. The structure appears brand new.

My wife, 10 year old pup and myself stayed at the Winiarski cabin for 3 nights in August. The property still smells and feels new (built in 2022) and met all of our needs. It is one of a group of 4 rental homes the winery has built on their property, and they are clustered together in a private area of the property. While we had neighbors in the other homes while we were there, we really had no issues with privacy. The only issue I really had was the fact that they were trying to seed a grass lawn around the homes while we were there, and were constantly watering the grass (and sidewalks) to try and get it going. Not really an issue going forward, and to be fair we were warned in advance, though after making the reservation. Nice "over-the-hill" view of the Dallas Divide down to the south in clear skies. Each room has it's own AC, so you can tailor the cooling in the summer to suit your needs. Overall, a great stay, and we would stay again if in the area in the future. Highly recommended.
