About this house rental
Relax with the whole family or bring just a friend or two while you stay at one of our cabins at Berkeley Estate Cellars. Completed in 2022, our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom cabins include a flexible loft space, an open living room and fully equipped kitchen and a private hot tub and fire pit. Secluded yet conveniently located near BLM land, the Black Canyon and many other spectacular destinations near the city of Montrose, we are sure there is something to do for everyone when you stay at our cabins.

The house was very nice. Finding the house was alot of reading and turning around. The spiral stairs are super sketchy amd the couch is very uncomfortable. Disappointed that i was forced to reseeve house for 2 nights.

This new vacation home was everything we had hoped for! It was very clean, decorated nicely, had great air conditioning, beautiful natural surroundings, and quite comfortable. We couldn't have asked for anything better! Thank you!

Some of the most spacious and impressive views of the San Juan Mountains as well as the Grand Mesa.
The drives in, out and around are breathtaking.
The vila sets way back off the road behind an active vineyard and farm.
Quiet doesn’t begin to explain it.
The only thing that wasn’t great was the gaseous odor from the septic system that would occasionally be overwhelming but only on the back porch.
Little to no light pollution. We took full advantage of one of the most unimaginable views of the at stars and solar system that I have ever witnessed.
The design and construction work was stupendous. These vilas are very well built.
The furniture, entertainment, household items, fixtures, closures, and amenities included are hands down second to none.
They thought of everything.
The communication is prompt and professional.
Getting to walk around the farm and the greenhouses was so cool.
You can get to so many places in less than 2 hours your options for fun are endless.
