This recently updated property easily sleeps 10, features a gorgeous kitchen, 2 living areas, hot tub, gas log fireplace, yard games, smart TV, high speed internet and fenced yard. The house is cooled with an evaporative cooler. There are several areas in the house conducive to a work space. Close to many amenities, Colorado Mesa University, hospitals, downtown Grand Junction, GJ Regional Airport and 10 minutes to the Colorado National Monument hiking and biking trails. Walking distance to coffee shops, cafe, bar and grocery store. All furnishings and interior surfaces are new, good parking and a 2 car garage. This owner is flexible on cancellations as they arise. Pets and children are welcome. This home is 15 min from Fruita and 15 min west of Palisade wine and peach country! If this home is unavailable or you need something a bit different, I have two brand new townhomes that each sleep 5 - feel free to reach out.

Stayed two nights for a softball tournament with two teenage daughters and grandparents. Enough space for everyone, although I do wish the house had one more shower for the amount of people it sleeps. Great, private backyard. Evaporative cooler works fine in Colorado, although the cooling is not as consistent as central air. Kitchen could use more tupperware for food storage, but we were pleasantly surprised with the zip lock bags, laundry and dishwasher detergent and paper products stocked in the home. Definitely a nice bonus!

Our company had a job we were completing in Grand Junction and our group stayed here for 3 days. The property was as described on the listing! We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area. The host was very quick at responding to my messages and kept me informed of the check- in and out instructions. I recommend!

It was perfect for us. The home was gorgeous and spacious. The main floor can seat over 30 easily. We were in Grand Junction for a family funeral and we were able to invite family & some friends over. The kids enjoyed the hot tub and a few adults wound down late one evening. Great location. Central to everywhere for us.

The house accommodated our family of six (plus the dog) very comfortably. It was exceptionally clean and well stocked with towels. The kitchen included everything that we required for family meals. We particularly enjoyed the jacuzzi and the cozy seating area by the fireplace. The location is close to restaurants, shopping, the downtown area and the airport. It was the perfect house for our family get-together.

Very comfortable house with quality furniture and well-equipped kitchen. Lots of common rooms for a group to spread out. Top quality linens and towel. We were a group on a golfing trip. Our tired muscles appreciated the hot tub! Good location. ½ mile to a City Market and about a mile to downtown straight down 7th so lots of good restaurants were available. No reservations about his nice house.

The location of the property was great for us. Our primary objective was to come in and visit with our daughter and son-in-law and got to the Palisade's Wine Festival. Location was very nice. Several places within walking distance (not the Wine Festival though ;-) ). The host was Very Responsive to questions and concerns and helped us navigate how to use the cooling system for several places in the area use a water/fan system to cool the residence. Host was helpful in understanding how to set it properly. We will look into renting this property next year for the Wine Festival.

We loved the house! Very spacious and clean! There were 8 of us here for a family wedding. Every couple had a bedroom and the 3 bathrooms made it easy for everyone to get ready. We also had our little dog and the backyard was fenced, so easy when he needed to go out. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook. I would definitely recommend this house.

Immaculate large house with everything you need for a great stay. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable lounging and dining spaces. Beautiful fenced in, private yard. Primary suite is incredible! 3 other bedrooms much smaller, so better for a family than for 2 or more couples. Large hall bath perfect for kids to share. Location is very close to grocery and lots of other stores and restaurants.

We booked this property for a family gathering. It was perfect for our large group. My only complaint is that in the description regarding amenities a BBQ grill is listed. However the only BBQ grill at the property was an indoor style ninja grill. This was disappointing as we had planned for outdoor cookouts. We ended purchasing a small grill while there. The property manager was notified and she was going to change the description so future guests aren’t expecting a traditional grill. Other than ththis small inconvenience this place was great.

Overall great property! The extra amenities were appreciated and perfect for our group. We stay in a lot of VRBO's and these always stand out! Two suggestions, provide earplugs as the late-night drag racing/speeding on Patterson 3 of the 4 nights was horrible and affected everyone's sleep. Also a heads up on the steepness of the stairs - the grandparents struggled with these all stay. Was worried someone was going to fall down them. Would have made other arrangements for them.

The house wasn’t at the cleanliness level that we typically see with premier hosts, we understood this is a dog friendly home but when you show up to a home with stains on the cream rug in the only tv area it just wasn’t ideal. We have a toddler who crawls everywhere which is why it was bothersome. Hot tub was also dirty when we arrived and wasn’t serviced until the next day. Grill was not clean either. The AC was not your typical system and confusing to use. The fan was super loud and had to run nonstop in order to keep it cool in the house. Location was good in proximity to grocery stores and restaurants, the hospital across the street made for loud nights with lots of road traffic. Also dogs that bark constantly in the neighboring homes. I wouldn’t recommend this home to a family with young kids, but would recommend this home to adults who want to see the area.

We came to Grand Junction for our annual girls’ mountain biking trip. This place was amazing! It is conveniently located, has plenty of space for a group including parking, the garage, and spacious rooms and bathrooms. The kitchen and living areas are spacious and very well-appointed. The hot tub was definitely an amazing added bonus! Anna was so responsive and wonderful. I would highly recommend this place!!

The house was beautiful, very clean, and had plenty of room for our family to stay for a few days. The beds were extremely comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to have a fun family dinner, and the backyard was perfect for our little pooch. The only negative I feel the need to mention was the noise that came from the intersection nearby was loud enough to wake a few of us earlier than we wanted, being we are light sleepers. But with the help of the portable fan and a white noise app, the remaining nights of sleep were great! Overall, it was a wonderful few days in a lovely home! We would stay again!

We rented this house with friends to attend the Bluegrass Festival and Wine Tours in Palisade. The house was very nice and clean and spacious. We also enjoyed the nice backyard and games. It was perfect for us and I would highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay with our entire family for graduation weekend at CMU. The house was clean & modern, had lots of towels, and the hot tub was enjoyed by all. The yard games were a fun added bonus. The only complaint was we could have used a few extra pillows or maybe update the pillows as they were a little flat. Overall, wonderful stay and would highly recommend the property!

In one word: Wow! This place is absolutely perfect if you’re looking for a quiet, clean home in the Western Slope. We were here to see family and have a spot for family/friends to come for Easter/Birthday. My 50th birthday landed on Easter Sunday and we wanted to celebrate with our family. There was more than enough room for everyone. The kitchen is stocked with enough plates/dinnerware to handle our large group. House is well appointed and modern. Huge backyard with games and a hot tub. Inside has lots of board games and even an XL Jenga game we had a blast playing. I can’t recommend this property enough. Anna was very helpful and attentive during our stay. Book with confidence. Thank you Anna for such a great venue. We made memories we’ll have for the rest of our lives.
