We had a wonderful stay. The house was well stocked with towels, kitchen supplies and bedding. Easy check-in and out. Just know this house has a swamp cooler, which it states in the house description, so temperature regulation isn't exact. Having said that it was extremely hot outside when we stayed and it remained a decent temp in the house. Michelle was responsive and great to work with!

Loved looking out the windows, in the morning, and looking at the book cliffs. We had family come from all over and was able to all stay together for our son's graduation from college. Added bonus is the alpacas - they are too cute with all of their facial expressions

Stayed here with a group of girl friends. Plenty of space to spread out, hang together, inside and outside. Centrally located between Grand Junction and Palisade so easy drives to either location. Kitchen had everything you need for a large group to prepare, cook and eat together.

We had a great stay at the farm house! We ended up being a group of 7 but the house would have accommodated more of us with no issue! The house was easy to find and the alpaca were the cutest neighbors! We were seriously impressed by the water heater when we took 7 consecutive showers and the water was still hot! Took us a little longer than we’d want to admit that we needed to crack a window for the swamp cooler but once we did we were set. Had a great time and really appreciate the stay we had.
