About this house rental
This recently updated property easily sleeps 10, features a gorgeous kitchen, 2 living areas, hot tub, gas log fireplace, yard games, smart TV, high speed internet and fenced yard. The house is cooled with an evaporative cooler. There are several areas in the house conducive to a work space. Close to many amenities, Colorado Mesa University, hospitals, downtown Grand Junction, GJ Regional Airport and 10 minutes to the Colorado National Monument hiking and biking trails. Walking distance to coffee shops, cafe, bar and grocery store. All furnishings and interior surfaces are new, good parking and a 2 car garage. This owner is flexible on cancellations as they arise. Pets and children are welcome. This home is 15 min from Fruita and 15 min west of Palisade wine and peach country! If this home is unavailable or you need something a bit different, I have two brand new townhomes that each sleep 5 - feel free to reach out.

The house wasn’t at the cleanliness level that we typically see with premier hosts, we understood this is a dog friendly home but when you show up to a home with stains on the cream rug in the only tv area it just wasn’t ideal. We have a toddler who crawls everywhere which is why it was bothersome. Hot tub was also dirty when we arrived and wasn’t serviced until the next day. Grill was not clean either. The AC was not your typical system and confusing to use. The fan was super loud and had to run nonstop in order to keep it cool in the house. Location was good in proximity to grocery stores and restaurants, the hospital across the street made for loud nights with lots of road traffic. Also dogs that bark constantly in the neighboring homes. I wouldn’t recommend this home to a family with young kids, but would recommend this home to adults who want to see the area.
