About this house rental
Forget your worries and start your get away in this spacious and serene full house that has all the room needed for your family and friends. The property is located on the Fruit & Wine Byway and within 5 miles 9 amazing wineries in Palisade. The Palisade Plunge and the Rim Trail provide hikers, bikers, and trail runners with amazing adventures. The house is a quick 7 mile drive to downtown Palisade which is home to great bars, restaurants, multiple wineries and charming coffee shops.
Full use of the entire house and 2 car garage (opener not included). On the main level there are 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed and attached full bath. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is another full bath on this level between the second and third bedroom. You will find a fully stocked chefs kitchen with a new refrigerator, double ovens and a 6 burner gas range.
The family room is in the downstairs of the home where you will find an oversized couch, new smart TV, poker table, work space and another bedroom with a king size bed. The middle of the couch pulls out to a full size bed and the linens and pillows for it are located in the closet of the downstairs bedroom. There is another full bathroom in the basement which also contains the washer and dryer. The house is equipped with high speed internet through Starlink.
There are two outdoor seating areas in the front of the house where you have amazing views of Mt. Garfield and the Grand Mesa. There is a small deck off the back of the house where the propane grill is located and another outdoor table and chairs outside the walkout basement.

My family and I enjoyed a wonderful long weekend getaway at this lovely house, as we were in town to celebrate my niece’s wedding. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the beauty of the property. The decor was charming and welcoming, creating a cozy atmosphere for all of us. The kitchen, in particular, was a highlight of our stay. It was absolutely fabulous, boasting ample counter space that made meal prep a breeze. Equipped with a wide array of modern appliances, we were able to prepare everything from breakfast feasts to snacks for the wedding festivities. Throughout our stay, I was impressed by the hosts' responsiveness. They were quick to address any questions we had both before our arrival and during our time there, ensuring that we felt comfortable and well taken care of. With seven of us in total, we all agreed that our experience was so enjoyable that we would definitely choose to stay here again if we find ourselves back in the area. The combination of the beautiful home, excellent amenities, and thoughtful hosts made our trip truly memorable.

Only pleasant surprises here. Everything was just as indicated. Lovely home! Comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. We absolutely loved the location. It is just on the fringe of the busy areas. We enjoyed the solitude and views from the home. Yet, we were close to everything-wineries, farm stands, restaurants and shopping. We would definitely recommend this home and hosts!

Beautiful home and great location to the wineries. It had everything we needed and we really enjoyed the fire pit. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. I’d highly recommend this house to anyone I know.
