Both homes have modern day amenities, like central a/c and updated kitchens and bathrooms, with the design and charm of a 1900's farmhouse. 2 homes right next to each other to give you privacy while allowing you to share your vacation with your friends and family. Spacious, fully fenced, and beautifully landscaped yard, perfect for kids, pets and yard games. Enjoy the covered front porch, equipped with an outdoor fan, swings, and plenty of seating for all your guests. The back patio offers a BBQ grill and outdoor covered dining area. Come back from a day of exploring to the sauna and 2 hot tubs for the ultimate relaxation. Only a few blocks from downtown, CMU campus, and the Riverfront trail system.
