Space, Location and Serenity! Amazing home beautifully situated on an acre and a half and only 1.5 miles to Main Street Downtown or head in the other direction and you are only 4 miles to the East Entrance of the National Monument. You can even see the parking lot of the Lunch Loops Trailhead from house! This oasis of nature overlooks the Lunch Loops Trails, has views of the Grand Mesa and the National Monument and is even frequented by deer. We have 6 bedrooms containing 2 king bed, 4 queen beds. 2 twin beds and a pull out sofa in the living room with 3,500 square feet of living space waiting for you and your companions. From the 550 sq. ft. covered deck overlooking the Lunch Loop trails you can sit and relax while taking in views of the Grand Mesa and the National Monument. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom and the 26'x18' living room has a 65" smart TV and a queen sleeper sofa. The house even offers a beautiful 8' Olhausen Pool table and 65" high def TV in the second living room. The upstairs and bedroom #6 has a 55" high def TV. This is one place worth checking out! We do ask, please. no pets allowed in the house. This is greatly appreciated and is respectful to those guests that stay that may have pet allergies. Thank You!

Our stay here was amazing and Todd was the perfect host! He is very welcoming. He met us at the house and gave us a quick tour of the place, in addition to, providing recommendations on places to eat and sights to see and visit during our short stay. Todd was readily available to respond to any questions we had throughout our stay. We were attending a family wedding and we chose this place because it was large enough to accommodate our family. The house, location and views were great! The house is very comfortable, close to downtown Grand Junction and it's just a quick drive to the main entrance of Colorado National Monument. Eight of us stayed here to celebrate our parents 80th birthdays. What a wonderful celebration in this beautiful home! The views from the outside deck were amazing! Gorgeous mountains & wildlife surround the property. We saw deer, horses, and an owl. Todd, the property owner couldn't do enough to ensure our stay was perfect. He even came with tools to help us replace a tail light that burnt out on our car! Our experience here went above & beyond all of our expectations. And who doesn't love having a bathroom attached to every bedroom?! Don't miss this place!

Lovely property, a very gracious host. The house has so many rooms and so many bathrooms which makes it really nice for the functionality of a multi family stay. Lots of nice touches to make the stay more comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked, you really don’t need to bring any big stuff (mixer, pots, grill, crockpot, etc.) if you are cooking.

Absolutely wonderful home with plenty of space and amenities. Our group of outdoor enthusiasts found this location perfect for easy access to multiple national parks and monuments. The area is fantastic for off-road adventures and mountain biking. The house was immaculate, well-organized, and had everything we needed. The owner,Todd and his wife, went above and beyond to make us feel at home, providing essentials like shampoo, kitchen supplies, and much more. Each room and bathroom were well-appointed, spacious, and recently updated. Todd met us upon arrival to walk us through the use of various appliances and to answer any questions. From the gourmet kitchen, deck with a barbecue, to the large screen TV and pool table, there was plenty to keep us entertained. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. We give it our highest recommendation.

This place was perfect for our large family get together! We had 11 adults staying and many others that visited throughout our stay. This place is large enough to have a large family gathering and be comfortable. Everyone had a place to sit, eat, drink, and socialize. The kitchen and dining area are set up perfectly with anything you’d need to entertain. Plus, the place is amazing for sleeping arrangements too. We all had very comfortable beds with so many bathrooms readily available. There’s so many great things I didn’t mention about this place, but I do have to mention that Todd was a great host. He made sure we knew how to work everything and was available if we had any problems. If we’re back next year to Grand Junction, we will definitely book this place again!

We absolutely loved this place! We have a large family and stay in a lot of rental properties, and this place was one of our favorites! It was very clean, and had so many extras (toiletries, paper towels, coffee, tea, lotions, and the list goes on!) making the house really feel like “home” for a week. This house is even bigger than it seemed online and there was plenty of room for our group of 5 adults and 8 children. I highly recommend this property! (As an aside, I found the owner to be amazing to work with!)

This home has some of the best views of the mesa and Colorado monument. It fit us 14 girls perfectly for a wonderful girls birthday weekend. Todd as the host was so amazing. He took the time to meet us there. Show us around the large home. Show us all the great improvements he has made to the house. Some of the furniture was just gorgeous-old antiques and some great modern appliances. If you forgot something, Todd has it. They have put so much thought and detail into this house. If we ever go to palisade or grand junction again we will be staying here! So fun. So beautiful.

Our family (9 in all) came for my mom's 96th bday. This place was great, because each of us had our own bedroom and bathroom. The views are spectacular, the kitchen, though small-ish, is well-equipped, the owner is available and quick to respond. There's lots of parking. It's close to town and to the Monument. This is wonderful home for big groups.

This property is ideal for multiple couples/families. Each room we used had a separate bathroom. There is plentiful living/common space as well. The home is a short drive to a great hike of the lunch loop trail and has excellent views off the back deck and living room. This house was perfect for our group of 9! Views are beautiful, and it made us feel like we were far away, although it was close and convenient to everything we were doing in Grand Junction. The house is stocked with almost anything that you may have forgotten, which is rare for a Vrbo. All five bedrooms have attached bathrooms, which was a bonus! The pool table was a bonus that we enjoyed as well. There is plenty of space for a large group, and a great patio as well. The owner was really responsive, and showed us the house when we arrived. I highly recommend this property for any large group.

This property was so perfect!!! We were having a family gathering, we could not have picked a better place. Todd was so friendly and helpful, took time with us at the house and shared stories about the furniture and the house. You can see how much work he has done. He was happy to answer questions during our stay. We felt very welcome. The location is great, the views were fantastic! The deck has a gas fire pit and it was a great place for morning coffee! The house has anything and everything you could ever need. The bedrooms were comfortable and each has its own bath! There is plenty of room to spread out, we were 10 to sleep and more for dinners and we had more than enough room. We made great use of the pool room. I highly recommend this house. If we ever have the opportunity to do this in Grand Junction again we will be back. We may to make plans so we can come back!!!

What are great place Todd and Sophorn have, obvious pride of ownership! It was clean, well-equipped with everything top quality. Most people chintz on TP Kleenex, etc. They have the best and softest TP! Like home is your motto, apparently because you are obviously so interested in constantly improving. Just a couple of minor suggestions are given as follows: it would be nice to have bar soap. In the bathroom next to the washer dryer, having two triangular shelves next to the shower heads would be a big improvement over putting the shampoo etc., on the windowsill. Normally, I do not do reviews unless something is really great or bad. Yours is GREAT! And, it was so close to downtown and to hiking at Colorado National Monument. Several family members from IL and WY stayed at this home in Grand Junction for a family reunion and to eat peaches!!! The location couldn’t be more perfect. Close to Palisades for peaches. Close to Monument National Park. Close to Grand Mesa. Bike trails galore! Awesome views! And a grocery store in the area. Easy to get to. The house itself was spacious and comfortable for 7 adults, but could easily accommodate several more. Each bedroom had an en suite bathroom, all beautifully updated. The kitchen was fully equipped with any appliance you might need; 4 door fridge with ice maker and water in the door. So many amenities were included! Coffee, condiments, paper products, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, linens, laundry soap; too numerous to mention. And the views from the large deck and great room, just beautiful! Host Todd was amazing and responsive. We couldn’t have picked a more perfect place for accommodation and location. Our only disappointment was we booked our trip too early in the summer to pick our own peaches, but the fruit stands all had plenty on hand to purchase. We hope to return again next season!
