This Hallmark-like setting is located 6 miles from downtown Montrose on Spring Creek Mesa. We thoroughly enjoyed the home and the property. Both were beautiful. We enjoyed the distance from town and the quiet. We also enjoyed travel distances to our destinations. We would gladly stay in the home again.
