Security Deposit: A fully refundable hold from $350–$1,000. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout, typically within 7 business days.

Read that there were laundry facilities but was not told that they were shared with 2 other larger units and could only be used before 10 am and after 4 pm because of cleaning people. When we first showed up half of the items in the facility weren’t working because of a breaker being blown and we had to get access to another unit to get it fixed. Walls are very thin and can hear all of the other people using the facility. Very difficult to move luggage in and out because it’s a rock pathway to the door. Only gave you 2 large towels and a few wash cloths for a whole week. Internet was also very slow because you seemed to be sharing with 2 other units. Only positives were the home was clean and response to immediate issues were handled quickly
