Renovated and incredibly clean! After a day of exploring return to your home-away-from-home. Our 1 bedroom/1 bathroom cottage has everything you will need for your get-away.

Step though the gate into our private fully fenced and newly landscaped yard to include patio, garden, low voltage lighting, outdoor gas grill and gas fire-pit. You will not want to leave!

Smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors are hard wired for your safety.

Our cottage is easily accessible and only a few blocks south of Highway 24. Conveniently located close to downtown Colorado Springs, 4 blocks east of Old Colorado City and 4 miles from Manitou Springs. Less than 1 mile away you will find groceries, a pharmacy, gas and shopping.

We had a great 3 day stay. the cottage is very nice and roomy. We loved the fire pit out back. The owners were very attentive to any needs we had.
