Modern Private Suite - Walkable Central Location

Cute little place and very clean. Super easy to check in, host easy to communicate with. It was a nice location to all the things we wanted to do & see in C Springs & Manitou. My only issue was the front room/living room stayed really warm. The bedroom window a/c wasnt powerful enough to cool the front area with the sunlight coming in. BUT it was in the high 90s when we were there AND I am very hot natured. A way to make or keep ice would've been nice as well. Overall great stay. Would recommend.

Very pleasant neighborhood; walkable to downtown Old Colorado City. Host was available for any questions. Room was super clean, with amenities a traveler would appreciate: couch, mini-frig, coffee bar, TV, desk, bedside table & lamp, extra bedding, wide bathroom vanity, security lock entrance, off-street parking. Bedroom space has air conditioning. There are chickens (no rooster) that live outside the bedroom window. The shower is roomy but unlighted. Water was hot. Towels were good quality. Bed & pillows were comfortable.There was some noise from the garage door opening/closing, but only occasionally. The street noise was distant. Location felt safe.

Cute place, this place was quite clean but also quite small. Parking was not ideal, especially in a big vehicle. The location seems great, especially for Garden of the Gods, but the street this apartment is located can be busy and hard to get out of — visibility is difficult! Speaking of visibility, the listing makes it seem like you can see mountains from your front door. Unfortunately, this is not completely true. This apartment is sandwiched in with other houses, and a quick jaunt into the busy street out front will give you your mountain view (no view of Garden of the Gods, unfortunately). Comfort wise, I don’t think this was the most comfortable stay: the bed was hard, pillows flat, and couch too stiff and small. If you’re planning to cook, I hope you can make do with a microwave only. Also, the only sink is in the bathroom, so you should probably bring gallons of water with you. Last, there were chickens or turkeys or guinea hens that like to sing to you early in the morning. In short, the apartment was clean and overall fine the price is great, but if you’re staying for longer than one or two nights, spend some extra money for more amenities.

The host was very accommodating and everything was perfect.
