About this cottage rental
Coming to Old Colorado City you can tell that it is a fun little town filled with history! This cottage will allow you the opportunity to explore all the area has to offer! We finished a full remodel from floor to roof in September of 2020. We chose to furnish it with minimal, yet modern furniture to make the space roomy and comfortable yet its stocked with everything you'll need to enjoy all that our beautiful slice of Colorado has to offer. You'll enjoy a beautiful, clean bathroom and the kitchen is filled with everything you'll need to prepare your own food. The plush queen size bed offers the rest you desire after your exciting Colorado adventures. We strive to provide a clean and comfortable space for you to come make lifelong memories!

The Cozy Cottage is cozy, well-appointed, charming and comfortable. A perfect set-up for a couple. Close, but not too close, to Old Colorado City. 10-20 minute walk to the downtown area depending on your destination. Parking for the cottage is easy in the alley at the designated spot. A great location for adventures in the area. The cottage is only 10 minutes from Garden of the Gods and Red Rock Open Space - great parks to hike, see wildlife and breath in the fresh mountain air! And only 15 minutes to downtown Colorado Springs activities or restaurants. If you like coffee, walk to Story Coffee from the cottage - excellent coffee!Kitchen is well supplied with utensils and equipment if you wish to cook a meal. Sheets and towels were clean and updated. Queen bed was comfortable. Air conditioner works really well! Don't be surprised to see a deer in the yard. Overall, fantastic! We would definitely stay here again.

This cottage was absolutely perfect for our short visit. I can’t wait to come back. The host was great with communication with check-in and check-out. The cottage was just as described. Cozy, clean, warm and so inviting! There were little touches that made it feel just perfect. It is in a perfect location so close to so many great places to eat and visit! I highly recommend Garden of the Gods, The Omelette Parlor for breakfast (half off omelettes from 6-7a) Shame and Regret for Cocktails, IvyWild for dinner! My daughter and I only wish we could have stayed longer!
