About this house rental

Our spacious craftsman has a large lot with a long driveway and street parking. The home is newly remodeled with a beautiful open concept living room and kitchen. Two bedrooms with queen beds are upstairs while the basement holds the laundry area, a large family room and the main bedroom with two twin beds.

This rental is perfect for a visit to Colorado Springs.The location is perfect, right off of 24 and in old Colorado city. It’s close to great restaurants and shopping. Nearby are Gatden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, and Cave of the Winds.The house is family-friendly with 3 bedrooms, 1 which has 2 twin beds.The owners are very thoughtful and had everything a weary traveler needs for convenience. A full coffee bar, every type of utensil, cookware and plating.One highlight was the washer/dryer. After 11 days of being on the road, having the washer/dryer was so convenient. Although we brought our own detergent, they provided detergent, pods, and laundry sheets.

Every morning started with a coffee on the front porch, I could see the top of the mountains. Loved the coffee bar!Location was great, plus we could walk to 7-eleven.Our only suggestion would be to update all the hard bed mattresses. The basement bedroom could use a ceiling fan, it was a little stuffy. We would stay at this house again.

Beautiful home! Very well stocked super clean and organized! If you forgot it, it was likely in a cabinet. Spent a perfect evening by the fire pit and coffee on the cutest front porch in the morning. Great location! Quiet and close to everything. My only complaint was we only stayed 2 nights out of our trip to Colorado. I would highly recommend this property to anyone staying in Colorado Springs.
