Casa Claudio Colorado is a three bedroom, two bathroom unit in beautiful Colorado Springs, CO. It is completely renovated inside (December 2018) and is equipped with all new appliances and completely new furniture. It is decorated with a rustic glam feel. It is a duplex unit location with an attached one car garage. Located less than 2 miles to Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, The Incline, Cave of the Winds and many sightseeing spots! Only one block away is beautiful Colorado Avenue which boasts some amazing restaurants and shops. Casa Claudio sleeps up to 8 people and has one king bed, one queen and a twin/full bunk bed. Casa Claudio is very kid-friendly offering a crib/play pen, high chair, family movies, games and more! We provide luxury linens through out the entire residence and memory foam mattresses. We were in town for our son's graduation from USAFA. Lots of shops and eateries within walking distance. Not far from the academy. The house was very clean and spacious. It had everything we needed and then some. The check out process was very simple. The host promptly answered any questions I had before and during our stay. We will definitely consider staying here again when visiting Colorado.

Not only is this a beautiful, well appointed property it is the perfect home base location. Everything we wanted to do while we were in this area was from 6 minutes to 90 minutes, with most things being under a 20 minute drive. Proximity to downtown Colorado City is fabulous, you just walk down over the hill. It is a safe and quiet neighborhood. Loved our stay!

So upon arrival there was garbage left by the previous occupants. The host instructed me to pull the garbage bins to the curb for pickup in the morning, I GLADLY DECLINED! It wasn't MY TRASH to pull and the cleaning fee is 160. We are all responsible adults. Moving along, the property is well kept with a very nice and comfortable set up. Everything that you can imagine is there for a long/short stay. The beds were comfortable,linens were clean and pillows were soft. My kids especially liked the setup of the room with the bunkbeds. There is a garage which was a plus and I really appreciated having access to and a deck on the upper level, which conveniently over looks the street. Check-in was a breeeze and all instructions were clear. Communication was great and host responded quickly to all my questions and concerns. The neighborhood is quiet and there are tons of food places, shops and adult entertainment close by. This was overall one of the BEST places I've had the pleasure of staying at. A definite must if you're in the area and need a home away from home. I highly recommend and would gladly visit again and again!

The location of the farmhouse retreat could not have been better! Three aging college friends met for a fabulous long weekend. The beds were more comfortable than home, the place had everything we possibly could have needed. When we messed up the push button lock the host was super responsive. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay! This place was nicely decorated and was in the perfect location for everything we had planned to do. However the coffee pots did not operate properly, the bed blocks the air vent so it was hot every night, and there was mildew in the shower. Just needs a little fine tuning.

Beautiful duplex only a block from Colorado Ave where you will find many shops and restaurants. The kids loved the short walk to Old Colorado Creamery! They also loved the bunk beds and drawing on the easel in the bedroom. I loved the very short drive to Garden of the Gods and Manitu Springs.

We were thrilled with our stay! We are a family of 4 with 2 kids (ages 9 and 11). The house had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. The kids chose to sleep together because they loved the bunk beds, though they could have had their own rooms! The beds were cozy and the house was immaculate. The location was amazing—we could walk everywhere downtown! The host was very kind and communicative. We recommend this house highly!

There are so many things to see and do in the area and this place was located in the perfect spot. Easy to get to and quiet with a small town vibe. So many great restaurants in the Old Colorado City area. We packed in tons of activities such as several hiking outing in Garden of the Gods, Pike’s Peak CogRail, Cave of the Winds, horseback riding, Seven Falls, and The Royal Gorge Route Railway. Great place would recommend to others and would stay there again if we return to the area in the future.

This home is beautifully renovated with a wonderful set up, very clean, mountain views, and in a fantastic location. Short walking distance to popular restaurants, bars, and entertainment. Very short drive to the manitou incline and cog railway. The only reason for a less than perfect rating is that it lists a hot tub as an amenity but there is not actually one available. The reason for our trip was to hike the manitou incline, and we specifically tried to pick a place to stay with a hot tub to recover in afterward. Despite that disappointment, it was a wonderful stay that we would highly recommend.
