Casa Claudio Colorado is a three bedroom, two bathroom unit in beautiful Colorado Springs, CO. It is completely renovated inside (December 2018) and is equipped with all new appliances and completely new furniture. It is decorated with a rustic glam feel. It is a duplex unit location with an attached one car garage. Located less than 2 miles to Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, The Incline, Cave of the Winds and many sightseeing spots! Only one block away is beautiful Colorado Avenue which boasts some amazing restaurants and shops. Casa Claudio sleeps up to 8 people and has one king bed, one queen and a twin/full bunk bed. Casa Claudio is very kid-friendly offering a crib/play pen, high chair, family movies, games and more! We provide luxury linens through out the entire residence and memory foam mattresses. Everything was perfect for our weekend visit with two adult children. The home is very clean (one of our top criteria) and the kitchen well stocked. Furnishing, decor, and thoughtful touches added to our enjoyment. Walking distance to First Friday Art Walk, minutes from Garden of the Gods, and we even squeezed in a drive up to Pike's Peak. Highly recommend!

The host provided detailed check-in information and instructions in a timely manner and was available to answer our questions. The property was very clean and well maintained. The best part of staying here was the close proximity to Old Colorado City. We were within walking distance of several restaurants and shops. We had a very enjoyable stay, and I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to spend some quality time in the O.C.C.
