Great communication with management company, overall good looking property with plenty of room and amenities. A couple of hiccups during our stay that kept it being a perfect 5 start stay. For starters at arrival the sliding closet door fell in towards my mother and hit her when she tried to slide it open, the kitchen is beautiful but lacks stocking...there were empty salt and pepper containers and the microwave would not turn off unless unplugged. The master bath only has a small stand up shower, not as big as pictures make it, there is a tub in the shared bathroom and the other is a half bath. There is a shuffle board to play on as well as puzzles and games. The back yard is a good size, however we were unable to use the hot tub as the bar to lift the cover was broken. All in all an ok stay and easy to commute area.

Wow! The pictures do not disappoint. The house is beautiful, and I love the sunroom. We had all the amenities we needed; the house was perfect for us four girls and we had so much fun using the hot tub and the indoor shuffleboard. I love the "welcome" sign in the kitchen. This was a great find for us: spacious rooms, comfortable furniture, well-equipped kitchen, dining table suitable for family meals. We loved having morning coffee in the sunroom watching light hit the mountains. We enjoyed the shuffleboard game and hot tub and appreciated having laundry facilities. The location is perfect: between downtown and Manitou Springs, around the corner from an organic market and supermarket, near shops and restaurants and the highway. Clear and friendly communication with host; we had no problems that needed to be addressed. Will definitely try to stay again if and when we get back to Colorado Springs.
