House is clean, well-kept, and stocked with everything we needed for a family stay for a weekend graduation. Temperature control was great, everything in the kitchen worked great, the house is just what we needed. Wifi was perfect. Proximity to downtown Old Colorado City is GREAT and we were able to walk to shop and dine. Also many local hikes and things to see and do! The keypad on the door was easy to use and was great for ease of checking in and for the whole family coming and going at different times. I felt bad that the email I received check-out 11am but the cleaner came at 10am and waited; there is a helpful notebook in the house that did say check-out was 10am but I did not confirm it since the e-mail said 11am. Parking was enough for four cars, which was great. Overall, I would definitely rent here again; it was wonderful!

overall the house is great. The 5 bedrooms worked well with our group. The outside seating is great for meals. The carpet downstairs needs to be replaced and the front porch should be cleaned between guest stays. The porch light and surrounding area had lots of cobwebs/bugs
