Very clean, (especially the frige and bathrooms!!!!). Possibly the cleanest VRBO I’ve stayed in, which is so welcoming! Cute and cozy atmosphere, plenty of room to hang out as a family, and close to everything we wanted to do!!! There was excellent communication and help throughout our stay. When we had questions about what to do (the weather changed some of our plans) the response time was very quick and helpful!Feedback for improvements:It would have been helpful to know it was a shared property, and that the hot tub was broken before we arrived. Also, there was an odor to the upstairs (maybe coming from the washer?) and the dishes all needed to be washed before we used them because they were put away grimy/wet.

The host was very enthusiastic about our stay from the first moment of booking. Checked in often while we were visiting. Checking in and out was smooth. Beautiful views of Pikes Peak!

It’s a nice feel from a hotel but dishes were dirty on arrival, sheets were stained, the property itself is nice and clean. I didn’t have hot water in the master shower, if you’re planning on cooking bring your own spices because their spice rack is basically non existent and looks to be old.. If you can get this at the same rate as a hotel or cheaper, it’s worth it,if not then just find another place
