The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, cookware, bakeware, utensils, and more—just bring your favorite groceries and settle right in.

Step outside to a fully fenced backyard where kids and pups can safely run and play. The outdoor space is a true retreat, featuring a cozy firepit area for evening gatherings, relaxing hanging chairs, and a barrel sauna tucked into the backyard for year-round relaxation under the Colorado sky.

Off the kitchen, discover a beautifully finished bathroom with a shower/tub combo, sleek tile, and hotel-style touches that make getting ready feel special. Nearby is a cozy queen bedroom, complete with a closet and calming décor designed for a restful night’s sleep.

Guests have access to the front yard, Sauna, fenced-in back yard, parking, and the entire house. A couple of doors will be locked as they are mechanical storage areas.

We do NOT accept check-in or check-out on holidays.

Pets
We will allow pets who qualify. Please message us before booking for our pet policy to see if your pets qualify. Currently we only allow dogs. There is an additional fee for bringing a pet to cover the cleaners’ extra time to keep the space fresh for future guests.

Absolutely NO open fires are allowed. The risk of wildfire in the area is too high. You will be asked to leave immediately if there is any fire activity. The gas firepit is allowed; if it is not, we will remove the propane.
