In the middle of the historic district of Old Colorado City, this beautifully designed Spanish Villa sits just walking distance of 113 shops galleries, and restaurants. Weekend shows, festivals, and outdoor farmers markets are a few events that visit the district throughout the year. It is also close to the famous Garden of the Gods. This 3 bed/2.5 bath villa sleeps 6 - 9 guests.
This 2,600 square foot, 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom Spanish style Villa boasts three balconies; one overlooking the living room, another uniquely located adjacent to the primary bathroom, and yet another with a direct view of the picturesque Pikes Peak outside the master bedroom. The Villa’s amenities include a beautifully designed old-world entry with a 9-foot front door, rustic-style hardware, and a mix of Saltillo and Travertine tiles lining the floor. It features Colorado river-stone archways and a large copper-scaped fireplace.
The home is located in the historic city of Old Colorado City, which was once the original capital of Colorado in the Gold Rush years. The neighborhood has a historic charm with a view and city access, all within walking distance access from our private stairwell. Aside from the Garden of the Gods, the home is just a few miles away from Manitou Springs, Seven Falls, and Broadmoor District. Other popular sites include Pike's Peak and Woodland Park.
