Two large french doors lead to covered porch area perfect for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Two slipcovered couches,one pulls out to become a queen size sleeper, and two zebra accent chairs complete comfortable living setup. The kitchen has counter seating with black granite counter tops, gas range with oven, 2 coffee makers of choice keurig and standard drip, microwave and fully equipped entertaining kitchen. The first floor also includes a full travertine bath (convenient for queen sleeper sofa) and washer and dryer. A main feature of this cottage is the brand new furnishings. This was our first time in Florida. The Bali Cottage was perfect for us. Great location to beach as well as restaurants and shopping. We didn’t use our car the entire trip. The cottage had everything we needed and was so comfortable to come back to in the afternoons/evenings. The beds are very comfortable.

The house was very nice. Close to the beach and about a 10-minute walk the nearest restaurants. The only issue we had was that the cable continued to go out during our stay. At night, we usually like to go to sleep with the TV on; however the cable kept cutting off. We contacted the host and the TV would come back on within 10 minutes, but then it'll shut down again. Other than that, it was a very nice location on 30A.

The Bali Cottage was wonderful. Perfect set up for 4 adults. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and central location to Rosemary Beach Shops or Alys Beach. The condo actually came with 4 adult bikes instead of 2, so we got our money back on our bike rentals.
