The largest house available in the upscale gated Sunset Beach Community. This 3 Bedroom/3 Bath home is located on the south (beach) side of 30A and is a short walk to the many restaurants, shops, and amenities at Rosemary, Seacrest Beach and Alys Beach.
Just a 90-second walk to private beach access and the exclusive heated, gulf-front pool overlooking the ocean (one of only a few on 30A) for Sunset Beach guests only. Take a dip in the pool and then down the steps to the beach!
Sunshine @ Sunset is professionally decorated with a classic coastal elegance design and one of the few reverse open floor plans in the community with the living and kitchen area on the top floor, open to views and an abundance of natural sunlight. You won't find more windows and natural sunlight in any other home in Sunset Beach!

We absolutely love this property. It is spotless, convenient to everywhere we want to walk, and beautifully located near the beach. The hosts, Ryan and Ashley, are very attentive and kind, and we could not have asked for a better week in our favorite place to vacation. Thank you so much for opening your home to us.
