Looking for the perfect beach getaway? Look no further than 448 Beach Bike Way! This spacious 3-story home in the heart of Seacrest Beach is everything you need for a relaxing, fun-filled vacation. With 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and enough space for up to 14 guests, it’s the perfect spot for families or groups of friends. Plus, you’re just a 8-minute walk from the beautiful sandy shores!
When you step onto the ground floor, you’ll be greeted by a cozy sitting room with comfortable sofas, one of which converts into a queen-sized bed for extra sleeping space. The guest bedrooms, with a King and Queen-sized bed and a shared hallway bathroom, are perfect for families or friends. The oversized garage has been transformed into a game room featuring ping pong and air hockey tables, which are always a hit! For your convenience, there’s also a washer and dryer available during your stay.
The second floor is where the magic happens! You’ll love the open living area, complete with a cozy sectional sofa and a large flat-screen TV, great for movie nights or just hanging out. The dining area seats 8, making it ideal for family meals and gatherings. The kitchen is spacious and fully stocked with everything you need, including a coffee maker, keurig, toaster, and refrigerator with an ice maker. There's also a Queen bedroom features an attached bathroom with a second door providing hallway access, while the bunk room includes a twin-over-twin bunk bed. Don’t forget the second-floor patio, the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, with a table and chairs for a peaceful start to your day.
