Loved the condo and beach. Just beautiful. A few issues:Sofa is feather sofa. If you have allergies, be forewarned. No ramp and lots of steps to beach. Challenging if you have mobility issues. Master bed was very firm. The bugs outside were insane. Love bugs everywhere and swarms of giant dragonflies. Sitting outside was almost impossible. This may have been a seasonal issue. Beyond those things, it was an amazing trip.

Amazing property! This was our second time staying here, and we love it so much! Check-in was easy, and the condo was beautiful, stocked with everything you need for a relaxing beach getaway. Our family of six (4 adults and 2 kids) had plenty of space, and the beach access was super convenient. One of the highlights was spotting dolphins right from the balcony! We’d definitely stay here again.

My family and I have been going to the area since I was a young kid. I am now in my early 30s, married with a young toddler and we are still going to Destin/panama city/30A for our annual beach trip. We have stayed at multiple places over the years and it was unanimously decided that we no longer need to look elsewhere! This place is beautifully decorated, essentially on the beach, and in a great location- walkable to both Alys and Rosemary beach. The views on the balcony cannot be beat (something we have been missing renting out bigger houses in the area that were across the street). We opted to use the umbrella/chair rental but there were plenty of toys and beach chairs for use. The kitchen is very well stocked. There was plenty of space to spread out for 5 adults and a toddler in the shared spaces even on a rainy day when we mostly stayed inside. The condo is the perfect blend of a nicely decorated, spacious, and well appointed house with the amenities of a beachfront hotel. This place is wonderful- book it!

We had the best time staying here. Everything was better than expected! It is a beautiful home with a beautiful view! This home had lots of 'extras' from the coffee makers, kitchen utensils and appliances, beach chairs and toys, blankets and bath towels. Beautifully decorated condo with breathtaking views of the gulf. The living room is filled with natural views and sounds of the waves. The kitchen had all accessories needed from a wine cork to a nespresso machine.Location is within walking distance to both Rosemary and Alys Beaches.

The condo was gorgeous! It was clean and had plenty of room for our group. The kitchen was well appointed and there was plenty of towels. We also appreciated the beach chairs. The only recommendations would be to offer beach towels and a starter kit of dish soap and laundry detergent. We loved the location. We had a really fun weekend!

The location is just perfect. Ocean front balcony was amazing. We could hear the waves crashing all night. The condo was a very short walk to the beautiful city center. It was one of the cleanest rentals we have ever stayed in. The kitchen had everything you could need. The three bedroom were a great size and all of the on suite bathrooms were perfect for our family. Internet was fast for streaming movies and music. The Loy's communication with us was prompt and appreciated. The sunrises and sunsets from our balcony just can be beat. The stay was worth every penny. We would highly recommend and will stay here again.

Loy and Linda's beautiful home was one of the cleanest and we have experienced! The view is spectacular, the beds comfy and the kitchen is equipped with everything you could need. The location is perfect, you can walk to many restaurants. We loved sitting on the balcony overlooking the ocean when the days were a bit cool and also enjoyed many meals there. I had to work while there and the internet worked great. We splurged to have the view and now we are spoiled and would have a hard time staying anywhere else. Loy's communication was wonderful and we would highly recommend renting with him!

As exquisite as is the Day family-owned property in Inlet Beach across a variety of dimensions, which I’ll elaborate upon shortly, the aspect that most distinguishes this rental is the Four Seasons-like concierge-style communication with the property owner for any and all needs. In the days preceding my stay, Helene strengthened from a tropical disturbance to a full bore hurricane that threatened to disrupt my scheduled visit to celebrate my mom’s 70th birthday with her two brothers and my two aunts. As unfortunate as was the damage caused to the areas and the people ultimately affected by Helene (I.e. not Rosemary Beach generally or this property specifically), I was concerned about the possible disruption while the storm’s point of landfall was still uncertain. Accordingly, I communicated with Loy quite frequently over the days prior to my arrival and his responses, both in terms of speed and quality, were exemplary. He was reassuring and informative, two adjectives that described all my Interactions with him before, during and after my stay. These alone left an immensely positive impression on me and served as “icing on the cake” to a splendid condo ideally situated on the beach and within very easy walking distance to the town squares of both Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. The condo itself was immaculately clean, tastefully styled, sufficiently large, and well equipped in terms of cookware, technology, streaming networks, WiFi, beach gear and the like. This is a gem find!
